American Pet Products Association 

West Broad Construction completed a full interior renovation for the American Pet Products Association (APPA) on the seventh floor of 9 West Broad Street in Stamford, Connecticut. The project transformed 5,248 square feet into a modern and functional office environment designed around the organization’s day-to-day operations. The entire renovation was completed from start to finish in approximately three and a half months.

The build-out included a large custom kitchen and pantry with a central island and open-ceiling design, a spacious conference room, and glass-front private offices positioned throughout the perimeter of the suite. West Broad Construction also completed new lighting, carpeting, painting, and finish work throughout the space.

The project also included construction of a new IT closet and installation of complete Cat6 data wiring, requiring coordination between the construction work, technology infrastructure, and final finishes. The completed office balances private workspace, collaborative areas, and employee amenities to create a bright, contemporary, and cohesive workplace for APPA.
