Elevate Physical Therapy

West Broad Construction completed a full interior build-out for Elevate Physical Therapy at 19 Old Kings Highway South in Darien, Connecticut. The project transformed an existing commercial office into a modern, code-compliant physical therapy clinic designed to support both patient care and the facility’s daily operations.

The renovation began with complete demolition and included the construction of new private offices, a conference room, a dedicated laundry room, and an enclosed staff pantry. West Broad Construction also created a custom reception area with new countertops, completed ADA-compliant improvements, and installed handwashing sinks throughout the clinic.

Specialized finishes were selected to meet the functional needs of the space, including turf-style flooring in the main therapy area and durable commercial carpet tile throughout the remainder of the facility. From demolition through final finishes, the completed project delivered a professional, functional, and patient-focused environment for Elevate Physical Therapy.
