Greensledge

West Broad Construction completed a comprehensive office expansion and renovation for Greensledge Renewable Partners at 19 Old Kings Highway South in Darien, Connecticut. The project combined three separate office suites into one cohesive workplace encompassing the entire third floor, creating approximately 8,100 square feet of unified office space. Walls were opened and reconfigured throughout the floor to improve circulation and seamlessly connect the previously separate suites.

The renovated office features polished concrete flooring, commercial carpet tile, glass-front offices, private offices, conference rooms, and open work areas. West Broad Construction also fabricated custom cabinetry and shelving to match the existing kitchen millwork, allowing the expanded pantry and common areas to blend naturally with the original finishes.

West Broad Construction managed the project from start to finish, including permitting, trade coordination, required inspections, final inspections, closeout, and receipt of the Certificate of Occupancy. Completed in approximately three and a half months, the finished renovation delivered a polished, functional, and fully integrated headquarters-style workplace for Greensledge Renewable Partners.
