Orange Theory Fitness

West Broad Construction completed the full renovation and build-out of an Orangetheory Fitness studio in Danbury, Connecticut. Construction began in mid-2023 and was substantially completed on November 24, 2023, with the project delivered over approximately four months.

The existing space, formerly occupied by a pet store, was completely transformed into a modern, fully equipped fitness facility reflecting Orangetheory’s branding and operational requirements. The project began with extensive demolition and included new interior framing, carpentry, ceilings, finishes, and flooring throughout the studio.

Major infrastructure improvements included an upgraded electrical service, the relocation of electrical panels and boxes, and the installation of a new HVAC system with complete ductwork. The plumbing scope required trenching through the existing concrete slab to install new underground plumbing and drainage lines, followed by the restoration and finishing of the concrete floor.

West Broad Construction managed the project from initial demolition and rough construction through final finishes and equipment installation. Treadmills, rowing machines, and other fitness equipment were carefully positioned, aligned, anchored, secured, and prepared for operation. The completed space provides Orangetheory Fitness with a durable, functional, and high-energy environment designed to serve both its members and daily studio operations.
