West Broad Construction completed three separate office build-outs for Regus across three commercial properties in Stamford and Darien, Connecticut. Together, the projects delivered approximately 19,000 square feet of professional shared coworking and flexible office environments.

The work included approximately 6,000 square feet on the sixth floor of 750 East Main Street in Stamford, approximately 6,000 square feet on the third floor of 9 West Broad Street in Stamford, and approximately 7,000 square feet at a Darien location. Across all three projects, West Broad Construction helped create functional, professional office environments designed to support Regus’ flexible workspace model.
