Complete Residential Renovation in Monroe

West Broad Construction completed a comprehensive interior and exterior renovation of a single-family home in Monroe, Connecticut. Working from the client’s design sketch, the team transformed the property and brought the finished home as close as possible to the client’s vision within an accelerated 40-day construction schedule.

The renovation included complete interior and exterior painting, new flooring throughout the home, and the conversion of an existing room into a custom movie theater. The television room was refreshed, while the kitchen was updated by refinishing the existing cabinetry, adding new cabinets, and installing new hardware, a sink, and a faucet.

The project also addressed essential infrastructure improvements through the replacement of the home’s outdated cast-iron plumbing lines with a new PVC piping system. West Broad Construction coordinated the cosmetic upgrades, custom interior work, and major plumbing improvements from start to finish, delivering a fully renovated home with close attention to craftsmanship, scheduling, and the client’s requested design.
