Slager Madry Law Firm Office Expansion

West Broad Construction completed a full-service office expansion for Slager Madry Law Firm at 750 East Main Street in Stamford, Connecticut. The project expanded the firm’s existing Suite 810 office by approximately 4,000 square feet while creating a seamless connection between the original workspace and the newly constructed area.

To maintain a consistent appearance throughout the office, the team carefully matched the existing finishes and design elements, including polished concrete flooring, open ceilings, glass office doors, glass partitions, and integrated floor outlets. The expansion also included the installation of a new heat pump HVAC system and complete coordination of the project’s electrical, mechanical, and architectural components.

West Broad Construction managed the expansion from initial demolition and permitting through construction, final finishes, inspections, and punch-list completion. The entire project, including drawings and permits, was completed in just over two months. The finished space provides Slager Madry Law Firm with a modern and cohesive workplace that feels like a natural extension of its original office.
